Privacy Policy

This policy covers goglobalfranchise.com (Go Global Franchise Hub). The controllers are Go Global Holdings and Nguyen Phi Van. Questions or data requests: privacy@nguyenphivan.com.
1. What we collect
- What you type in: full name, email, phone, company, the interface language you are using, and whatever you write in a form.
- Assessment results: your answers, per-axis scores, total score, tier and the programme you are interested in — linked to the email you registered with.
- Learning progress: which courses or lessons you open, completion status, certificates issued.
- Minimal technical data to prevent abuse: IP address, browser, referrer, submission time.
- We do NOT collect payment data on this site and do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
2. Why we use it
- To contact and advise you about the request you sent.
- To return your tool results, issue certificates and record your learning progress.
- To send newsletters, resources and franchise opportunity updates — ONLY if you ticked the marketing box (optional; you can submit a request without it).
- To stop spam and form abuse.
- Legal basis: your consent, recorded together with the time, the exact wording you read and the version of that wording.
3. Where it is stored — who processes it for us
- Supabase (database infrastructure) — primary store.
- Wix (CMS) — backup copy of form leads.
- Resend — internal notification email to the Go Global team and the 6-digit verification email to you.
- Vercel — hosting and short-lived operational logs.
- These are processors acting on our instructions. We do NOT sell your data and do not hand it to third parties for their own advertising. Data may be stored on servers outside Vietnam.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact details and tool results: for as long as the advisory relationship lasts, and at most 36 months after your last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
- Learner passport stored in your browser: 30 days, and you can clear it any time by clearing site data.
- Email verification codes: expire within minutes.
5. Your rights
- Ask to see, correct or delete your data; ask for a copy; object to or restrict processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time — write to privacy@nguyenphivan.com or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out.
- We reply within 30 days.
6. Cookies and browser storage
- We use browser storage for your sign-in session, the 30-day learner passport and the consent evidence you ticked. Not for targeted advertising.
7. Changes
- When the consent wording changes we raise its version and keep the version you read, so what you agreed to can always be checked.
