The V-Franchise Roadshow program

Vietnamese brands, on stage worldwide.

Korea's trade agencies run roadshows that put K-franchises in front of buyers city by city. Vietnam has no state equivalent — so we built the private-sector version: verified brands, matched investors, structured follow-through.

Why a roadshow program

Expos end on Sunday. Expansion doesn't.

Asia's franchise deal-making still runs through trade shows — three intense days, then silence. A roadshow flips the economics: smaller rooms, matched attendees, verified brands only, and the hub's Rights Board and Passport dossiers as the year-round follow-through after the handshake.

Every V-Franchise Roadshow event feeds the same pipeline: Passport dossiers before the room, structured introductions in the room, Rights Board tracking after the room.

The formats

Three rooms, one pipeline.

City showcases

Half-day events in target cities: 6–8 verified Vietnamese brands pitch a curated room of investors, masters and local partners.

Expo pavilions

Joint Vietnamese-brand pavilions at Asia's anchor franchise shows — shared costs, collective visibility, hub-managed follow-up.

Virtual spotlights

Monthly online country-spotlight sessions with the WFA network — recorded, published and citable, so every session keeps selling.

Target circuit

Where the program is heading.

The 2026–27 target circuit follows where Vietnamese brands are already signing and where Asia's buyers already gather:

Southeast Asia

Singapore · Manila · Jakarta

Anchored on the region's established franchise expo calendar and the proven Philippines entry corridor.

Gulf states

Dubai · Riyadh

Following HappiTea's corridor into the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar — with halal readiness as a program module.

South Asia

Mumbai · Delhi

Where the Three O'Clock master deal proved the demand for Vietnamese F&B concepts.

Diaspora corridors

Houston · Sydney · Seoul

City showcases built around overseas-Vietnamese investor communities from the diaspora rail.

Cities and dates are confirmed to registered brands and investors first — the circuit above is the program's target map, not a list of confirmed events.
